摘要
Disadvantages of Michaelis-Menten type kinetics ave discussed. On this basis the necessity of a quantitative analysis of the kinetic equations sensitivity is justified as the aim of the present study. The Monte Carlo method is chosen for observation of the sensitivity of two of the most typical Michaelis-Menten type kinetic equations selected as examples. It is shown that move than 40% changes in the kinetic constants determination do not exert any influence in the final calculations obtained from the equations investigated The results of this work show that the methodology developed can be applied to sensitivity analysis of other concrete forms of the Michaelis-Menten kinetics equations.
