The Regulation of International Company Law in Argentine Domestic Law

The Argentine international company law is currently facing a regulatory dispersion that it was not overcome with by the sanction of the new Civil and Commercial Code. The main aim of this paper is to show how the normative framework that currently regulates this subject is set up, and what was the impact of the enactment of the Civil and Commercial Code on the subject. A special analysis is dedicated to the regulations that were part of the preliminary project and that finally were not incorporated into the final body. From an analysis purchased with current regulations, it is important to study the draft reform due to the important legislative innovations that were designed. The transcendent performance of the companies incorporated abroad in Argentina and the unusual dynamics they have acquired in recent years requires a study of their current regulations with a view to improving the system
