摘要：
Our objective is to analyze the legal mechanisms of NSWP facing to the legal protection of the rights of waste pickers. We aimed to understand such mechanisms as the legal expression of a social struggle for recognition of social, environmental and economic importance of the waste pickers' work, in the face of a history of economic exploitation and social invisibility.
