摘要：
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to present an economic analysis of environmental law. Design/methodology/approach - The paper focuses on pollution control and nuisance law. Findings - Regarding the efficiency analysis of nuisance remedies, the paper summarizes the various situations which may be covered by environmental law and their consequences. Originality/value - The paper offers insights into pollution control and nuisance law.
