摘要
A two-dimensional numerical heat transfer model has been designed for a steady-state wood grinding process. Heat generation is assumed to occur by friction in the grinding zones and by viscoelastic deformations in the wood. The influence of such variables as the thermal properties of the pulpstone and the heat-transfer coefficient of the water showers on the temperatures in the grinding zones, the pulpstone and the wood has been studied. Simulated results are compared with experimental work.
