摘要：
Ross syndrome is a rare degenerative disorder characterized by segmental anhidrosis that may be unilateral or bilateral, hyporeflexia or areflexia and Adie's tonic pupils. The most troublesome symptom is compensatory hyperhidrosis. Selective degeneration of sympathetic pathways is presumed to be an underlying pathophysiology. Here we report a 32-year-old man who had developed the characteristic triad of Ross syndrome. Although it is an untreatable condition, this case report throws light on occurrence of this rare syndrome. (C) 2018 Published by Elsevier, a division of RELX India, Pvt.
