摘要
An experimental study of the properties of certain Soviet-made piezoelectric ceramic materials in a temperature interval with the use of disk-shaped samples is reported. The experimental procedure was as follows. Thin disks coated on both sides with silver electrodes were placed in a thermostat. The temperature was varied according to a definite program with initial room temperature. During the thermal loading (heating-cooling) schedule the maximum admittance Y//m, the minimum admittance Y//n, their corresponding frequencies f//m and f//n, and the total admittances were measured, along with the electrical capacitance C//0 and the dielectric loss tangent epsilon //3//3M at a frequency of 1000 Hz. The reported measurements show that the physical characteristics of the investigated piezoelectric ceramics depend strongly on the temperature.
