Deontology, legal support of the Latin notary

This work aims to illustrate the practical and legal significance of Attorney Ethics lining in the whole performance of the notary public. Doctrinal and theoretical distinction interrelationship of the terms ethics, ethical, moral, axiology and skills seen as essential components of legal ethics attorney is performed. Legal techniques embodied content assessments were performed in our Code of Ethics, highlighting their successes and failures, from the understanding of the term of Attorney Ethics and legal - social impact.
