摘要
In recent decades, school children have become increasingly sedentary and overweight. Some schools have reacted with various intervention programs in an attempt to reverse or stop this trend. This article reports on the results of a four year physical activity intervention in an elementary school. Anthropometric data, motor performance, spine status and muscle function were analysed. Compared with the control group, the test group scored significantly better in the athletic motor function and muscle function tests (p<0,05), while spinal posture- and mobility tests differences were merely sporadic.
