摘要
The purpose of the study was to investigate the underlying factor structure of tourists' attribute satisfaction, and assess the relationship between attribute satisfaction and overall satisfaction. Based on a comprehensive literature review, seven 'attribute satisfaction' factors were identified that might affect tourists' overall satisfaction with their traveling experience. On-site survey was conducted in a major historic destination in the Southern USA, soliciting 345 responses from the visitors. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) supported a seven-factor model as conceptualized a priori by the researchers. A subsequent multiple regression analysis examined the relative impact of these seven factors on tourists' overall satisfaction.
