摘要
Single crystals of ribonuclease I from Escherichia coli have been obtained by the vapor diffusion method. The crystals belong to the tetragonal space group P41212 or its enantiomer P43212 and have cell parameters a = b = 119.01 Å and c = 34.40 Å. There is one 27,000 dalton monomer in the asymmetric unit. The crystals diffract to beyond 3.0 Å resolution. © 1993 Academic Press Limited.
