摘要：
The analysis of the functions of the securities market infrustructure was conducted and on its basis the devision of the infrustructure as the internal system of the market into subsystems was proposed. The task of each system is to provide effective functioning of the market. The author gives its own interpretation of the sucurities market infrustructure.
