摘要：
According to the World Health Organization (2011) from 10 to 15% of the global population has a disability that increases in poor countries. Disability is a topic that has to be faced since different disciplines because it crosses human life. Care Law is needed to stop low conditions of life quality in families who have a member with a disability.
