摘要：
Cryptococcal osteomyelitis is rare. We present the case of an elderly immunosuppressed woman with cryptococcal osteomyelitis of the finger whose clinical course was subsequently complicated by meningitis. We highlight the important clinical, radiological, and pathological findings of this unusual case and review the available literature.
