摘要：
Present article examines the characteristics of self-actualization and motivational orientation in individuals with borderline mental disorders. Achievement motivation and personality traits are moving forces of individual development. As a result of present study revealed, that high positive achievement motivation is a stimulus for the disclosure of personal characteristics. Structure of achievement motivation is not a static form, but it changes through a life of an individual. The results, obtained in present study, will help in the search for understanding of motivational orientation and personality traits of an individual with borderline mental disorders.
