摘要：
In this text, present an introductory political project of Fernando Ferrari for the agrarian question. Throughout the 1950s and the early 1960, this author participated in the discussions around the problems Brazilian rural labor based on the doctrine, developed by Alberto Pasqualini. Accordingly, we highlight the project labor advocated by Fernando Ferrari to the field by two constant themes in his writings: the land reform and legislation for the rural population.
