摘要：

This paper addresses the main issues of the Institute's transformation in the environment of the cooperative society, provided for by the law on cooperatives of Spain and Andalusia, Valencia and the Basque country autonomous community laws. It will also run on the transformation at the heart of the law on cooperatives of Brazil law, presenting a statement related to the silence of the Brazilian lawmaker on the issue critical.
