摘要
This article describes research that analyzes the training and professional development of the teacher in specific special education centres in Andalucia. To do this, we used a descriptive design (n=428), carrying out data collection using a semistructured questionnaire. The results show, among other things, the dissatisfaction of teachers in terms of the initial training received and the usefulness of the acquired knowledge in practical activities. Similarly, it has been shown how continuous training activities contribute to the improvement of teaching and teacher professional development activity during its work.
