摘要：
The concepts of self-management, which are delivering such good results in teams, can also be applied productively to the relationship between multinationals and their subsidiaries. This adds a new dimension to the emerging theories on the organization of multinationals. Under the right circumstances, empowering subsidiaries can release initiative and dynamism, to the benefit of the multinational and all of its stakeholders.
