摘要：
Although Educational Technology have received many critics about his consumism or for considering its artifacts as panaceas towards educational quality, these argumentations won't be generalizated without a selection, combination and evaluation process of it design and use. This include to consider the specific properties of thechologic media and ICT within a pedagogic proposal in a historic cultural context which gives it sense and pertinence. Any educational intervent by educational technological mediations should be contraste and evaluate in content and shape in concret situation where they'll be understand.
