摘要:
The wetting behavior of nickel and copper on zirconia-based ceramics has been investigated. The metals exhibited poor wetting on the yttria-stabilized zirconia substrate. A ceria-containing zirconia, 3 mol% Y2O2-10 mol% CeO2-ZrO2, was found to be active in promoting wetting by the metal copper. The YSZ-Ni assembly revealed much higher bonding than YSZ-Cu, which is attributed to the better thermal compatibility between YSZ and nickel.
