摘要
The formation enthalpy of vacancy complexes in binary solid solution alloys is studied as a function of the number of alloying atoms, i, in the complex. It is shown that the effect of the interaction between alloying atoms on the formation enthalpy can be given in first approximation in closed form as a function of i. Using this result the stability and the equilibrium concentration of the complexes are discussed. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
