摘要
This paper describes our recent liquid crystal on silicon spatial light modulators. We present the most recent results from our 256 by 256 binary reflection mode SLM operating in an optical correlator and a 128 by 128 analog SLM that uses the Distorted Helix Ferroelectric effect. The provisional performance specifications of the analog SLM are a frame rate of approximate to 2.5kHz, a zero order contrast of 30:1, and > 16 grey levels.
