摘要：
With the influx of foreign nurses into the U.S. healthcare system, a process of educating and orienting Korean nurses has been developed through a unique partnership between a small Christian university and a large faith-based hospital system in the northeast. The authors describe best practices incorporated by the partnership to ensure a seamless educational and orientation experience.
