摘要：

Congenital pulmonary airway malformation is a rare condition characterized by the presence of an abnormal mass of immature malformed tissue with varying degrees of cystic changes. It is diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound scan. Postnatal presentation ranges from severe respiratory distress with neonatal death to asymptomatic lesions. Thoracoscopic surgical resection has shown to be safe and associated with a lower incidence of postoperative complications.
