摘要：
This paper presents the results of an analysis of information on the status of work being conducted in conjunction with international programs to investigate the interaction of natural phenomena. The use of aerospace methods of remote sensing is shown to be necessary to implement the programs. The information content of these methods is evaluated, and attention is directed at the advisability of an optimum combination of various types of optoelectronic equipment to obtain reliable data on the state of the biosphere.
