MATHEMATICAL-METHODS OF TECHNICAL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS

The problem of complex technical system (TS) diagnostics is posed, and a list of interrelated formalized stages for solving it are given together with the basic indices of diagnostic efficiency. A survey is given of existing mathematical methods for technical system diagnostics in accordance with the defined statement of the problem. The distinctive features of applying mathematical methods are analyzed, as is the efficiency of TS diagnostics in classes of test and functional diagnostics.
