摘要
1. Copper base additions to powdered high chromium steel accelerate considerably the mass transfer of chromium in the process of its sintering because a liquid phase forms, and that improves the resistance of this steel to failure. 2. The resistance of powdered steel under conditions of hydroabrasive wear can be, enhanced by thermochemical treatment (CTC) that includes case-hardening and chromizing. 3. Complex coatings obtained by case-hardening with subsequent chromizing have high wear resistance, both with large and small angles of attack of the abrasive jet. © 1992 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
