摘要
A study on the losses of the molten metal flow into the mold and filling the mold's cavity is presented. The effects of the mold and molten metal temperatures on the microporosity formation are investigated. The microporosity formation was studied experimentally by measurements of temperature, fluidity and solidification of the molten superalloy, and by mathematical modeling by final difference method.
