摘要：

Researchers play an important role in contemporary societies. To be able to explain these investigations they have as a main vehicle of communication to scientific journals. Created in the 17TH century in France have been increasing in number and importance as channels of transmission of knowledge between researchers. In this article are to study the main parameters that have scientific and magazines in the criteria for the publication of articles.
