摘要
This article describes a business simulation practice carried out with students of the Production Management course of the Bachelor degree in Business Administration. The article describes different actions done with students in order to increase their interest in the acquisition of knowledge, the learning process as well the development of skills that will be required in his/her future professional life. The excellent results with students and the interest of lecturers from other fields of knowledge, allowed to extent the initial business game, integrating concepts of different Business Administration areas like Marketing, Management, Accounting, Finance and Strategic Management. The business simulation described in the article was applied to undergraduate and postgraduate students. In both cases, the study revealed excellent results in terms of learning and knowledge setting, as well as in competence development. The analysis of the student's simulation process at the end of the business game, calls for discussion on what happened, its causes and its consequences, and allows the teacher to recall the results of the business game during the following course sessions.
