with the name of aids, the disease is known that markedhumaity, as it relate to a series of events among which the severe alteration of the immune system caused by HIV. The report published by UNAIDS in 2011, indicates that at the end of 2010, approximately 34 million people living wiht the HIV virus worldwide. The aim of this paper is to describe the main clinical manifestation in patients with aids in the literatura reviewed inthe last 10 years. Candidiasis is considered the most common infection in aids patients, demosnstrated in a study of 97 adult patients with HIV, which prevailed in a (93.8%) cases. Kaposi's sarcoma is an early finding and a useful marker of disease progression, a study of 42 patients with aids shows that it is present in (81%) of these patients. The NHL is a sign of poor prognosis patients there justo ver 2 years, on the other hand states that the NHL is one of the 3 infections malignant marker of aids, being gingivitis, cold sores, dry mouth, oral carcinoma, PUN and GUN, cheilitis, linear gingival erythema and hairy leukoplakiadiseases observed less frequently but not least in these patients. We conclude that the most common manifestations in aids patients are candidiasis, sarkoma of kapossi and NHL.
