摘要
The leadership is related to the art to influence in the individuals, so that they strive volunteer and enthusiastically in the profit of group or organizational objectives. The aim purpose of the research is to determine the importance of the leadership like tool of competitiveness for the management of the service. Considered this one like an integral process, in where departmental barriers do not have to exist in order to be handled like a continuous flow of generating activities of value for the client, who is the central axis of the reason of being of the organization. Consequently, it is required a determined leadership that promotes the desire of offering high standard of quality based on the vision service, in believing in the intrinsic conditions of the internal clients, in the love to the work and integrity.
