BIOETHICS AND RESEARCH: BRIDGE TO THE PRESENT AND FOR THE FUTURE

The development of bioethics and its relations with the research described by way of systematization of emerging contents of an analysis conducted in selected literature sources. The structuring of international normative basis regulating scientific research is described. Bioethical basic requirements present in the universally accepted standards required. Characteristics of the impact of bioethics are presented in the substantive functions of the university. It is concluded that at present the development of bioethical thinking and methodological basis legislation has emerged from it are valid for the regulation of the research process based on the guarantee of human rights and the care of our common house premises.
