摘要
The problem of the surface critical field H-c3 in the case of layered superconductors is considered. The ratio (approximate to 1.7) between H-c3 and the parallel upper critical field is practically the same as in the quasi-3d case, although in the former case both fields diverge at some temperature T* below T-c. Nevertheless, in contrast with the 3d case, the superconducting order parameter decays in an oscillatory way near the surface and its localization length diverges at T*.
