摘要
The present work has like purpose to describe the introversion of the service like strategy, of competitiveness of the Venezuelan Public Health, for which a theoretic consistency based in authors like Stanton, Etzel and Walker (2004), Zeithaml and Bitner (2002), Aranguren were elaborated (2006), between other ones. The methodology consisted in the theoretic analysis of the service and his present-day applicability like strategy of competitiveness at the Venezuelan Public Health's sector, for which applied the hermeneutics for the interpretation of the contentses itself. In relation to the findings, it is known that a correct strategy of customer service like strategy of competitiveness must be characterized for: (to) Being orientated to the customer from a systemic conception; (b) Integrating processes and system at all the institution functionally and, (c) Counting with human resource branded in the command of the sector of the Venezuelan Public Health. Everything it, since at present the service and Public Health's sector go drunk by the hand for that that the globalization like a worldwide economic boom, this encouraged with the repeat demand that they have as of the present moment the services of health with his customers are considered nowadays.
