摘要
The photoelectrochemical (PEC) properties of binary n-type semiconducting oxides Sr//2TiO//4 and Sr//3Ti//2O//7 have been carried out and the results compared to the behavior of SrTiO//3. Photopotential, photocurrent vs. applied voltage and wavelength data indicate that Sr//2TiO//4 and Sr//3Ti//2O//7 possess large and indirect band gaps similar to SrTiO//3 but have slightly lower flat band potentials than SrTiO//3. Long term stability studies under illumination indicate that while Sr//3Ti//2O//7 is almost as stable as SrTiO//3, SrTiO//4 shows degradation.
