摘要
The aim of this paper is to analyze the strategic change process in a company that led it to adopt diversification strategy according to the resource-based view through a case study in a company engaged in the food sector. The resources: employee's know-how, reputation, business knowledge, investment in integrated quality management and knowledge, training; and the capabilities continuous improvement and capacity for innovation contribute directly to the implementation of diversification strategy and the competitive advantage of the organization, except investment in knowledge management and training.
