FLEXIBLE CURRICULUM ASSESSMENT COMPETENCY AS STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DEL ALTIPLANO PUNO

摘要
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the satisfaction or dissatisfaction Flexible Competency Curriculum according to student opinion of the National University of the Altiplano - Puno. The elements of the flexible curriculum evaluated were: the professional profile, hours in the areas of training, hours of theory and practical teaching strategies, assessment, choice of content and assessment dates. The research comes as a result of a need to change the traditional teaching model, which prioritizes encyclopedic knowledge, methodologies that reward more memory that projects allow troubleshooting of professional life. The theoretical framework is proposed according to Diaz (2007) reconsider the flexibility and expertise in institutional sense of the academic and administrative work for flexible training with a new ethic of work and personal life, with openness, fairness, inclusion, generating more training opportunities. The study is quantitative with a design descriptico diagnosis, aquestionnaire was used to sample 693 students of Education, Economics and Medicine. It was concluded that 47 % students know the profile, they want more hours in the areas of specialization develop more theoretical than practical hours, dissatisfaction with the teaching strategy and implementation of examinations.
