摘要：
This article discusses the educational policy of the State of Sao Paulo, during the terms of Mario Covas, Geraldo Alckmin, Claudio Lembo and Jose Serra. It is pointed out that the ideological perspective that has dominated educational policy for those governments of the PSDB was neoliberalism, predominantly by market logic. To support this assertion, the main actions and measures of state government in this period are analyzed.
