摘要
The thermoelectric properties of semiconductor material based on the bismuth telluride solid solution manufactured by the extrusion method, which has high mechanical properties, are studied in the work. Using the obtained values of thermoelectric semiconductor parameters, the coefficients of efficiency of generator thermopile of a flat design in the working temperature range are calculated. The ways to improve the efficiency of thermoelectric conversion through the use of bulk nanostructured thermoelectric materials based on bismuth telluride are considered.
