摘要：
Chordee without hypospadias is found in a small number of patients. Surgical treatment differs according to the length of the urethra. Sometimes a maldeveloped short urethra requires transection to achieve good straightening of the penis. The authors present two such patients in whom a transverse preputial island-flap, as described by Duckett for the treatment of hypospadias, was used with good results.
