摘要：
This article is intended to help coatings engineers, specifiers, and users identify suitable paint and protective coatings systems for specific industrial environments, calculate current approximate installed costs and estimated service life, and determine the most cost-effective systems. Costing for new construction and maintenance are included. Typical maintenance repainting sequences, their composition, and effect on long-term costs and system performance are reviewed.
