Towards global bioethics? Speaking of V. R. Potter's proposal

摘要：
The oncologist V. R. Potter set out the need to connect experimental and spiritual sciences by building a bridge between them (Bioethics) in order to favour the creation of a new culture for future survival. This proposal aroused great interest within the field of Medicine, in which medical Bioethics has widely developed. Some years later, Potter stressed again the need to widen the scope of Bioethics until achieving a Global Bioethics, according to his initial proposal.
