摘要
The interest of the UE in the promotion of the RSC must be study in the context of the social politicy of the UE. In this research, a method qualitative has been used, based upon the theoretical analysis of the European Communitarian Law, that supportes a theory of justice and Human Rights in the Framework of the values maintained by the European social paradigm. Going deeply on the ethical theory about market, which is presente in the European documents there is concluded that the UE defends an integrative theory of the Stakeholders, specific of a social European model, based upon the European ethic values, being different from the United States Stakeholders paradigm. Confronting the communitarian texts with the academic bibliography about Stakeholders it is observed that the UE goes in advance introducing the perspective of social justice, including questions about equality between female and male workers as one of the priority goals of the RSC, within the theory of Stakeholders.
