摘要:
The computer-aided operations planning model serves as decision aid in the control stands of the steelworks. It is characterized by an automatic data supply, interactive colour graphics and short response times. The optimization is based on a fuzzy Petri network. In industrial operation the forward planner and model form an ideal control circuit, which makes its possible to increase the total capacity of the steelworks by 5 to 10 %. When the peak capacity is not required, operations planning leads to a more uniform operation, and ensures thus advantages, especially in terms of performance prices. The time-accurate operation brings, furthermore, cost advantages of 0.50 to 1.00 DM/t just in the steelworks. In addition, numerical data for advanced time-management optimizations in the logistic and maintenance fields are prepared. Operations planning has become thus an active basis for all time management operations in the steelworks.
