Contributions to the structure of the membrane potential of the representation forces which affected the cytoplasm ions were studied theoretically. It is shown that in the presence of multicharge ions there is a strong electric field at the distances above Debye - Huckel radius from the membrane surface. Qualitatively it is explained by an essential change of the membrane potential which took place during the injections of Ca2+, Mg2+, La3+ ions into the cells. A grounded supposition is made about the principle meaning of the multicharge ions for the far interprotein forces.
