摘要
Background: In recent years, economists, sociologists and educators have become interested in explaining the interactions between education and entrepreneurship. Both elements, when combined, form an inseparable pairing that can be used to achieve knowledge that will enable entrepreneurs to develop initiatives that contribute to the creation of businesses and, therefore, to social and economic prosperity. Objective: To highlight the importance of teacher training as a fundamental human component in the business ecosystem and to stress the role of education in the creation of entrepreneurial competences. Method: A qualitative paradigm that makes it possible to explore and describe the phenomenon of interest and obtain information in order to establish theoretical configurations was used. Specifically, the Logical Framework Approach was used as a starting point. Conclusions: In this process of change, teachers are key figures, as the success of future entrepreneurs is directly connected to the ability and knowledge possessed and taught by their teachers as an essential component in the complex framework of the business ecosystem.
