FUZZY IDEALS OF BCI AND MV-ALGEBRAS

Using fuzzy ideals, it is shown that every ideal of a BCI-algebra is weakly implicative. For a fuzzy ideal mu of an MV-algebra, it is shown that it satisfies mu(x OR y) = mu(x + y) = mu(x) AND (y) for all x, y. If it is fuzzy implicative and fuzzy prime, then it also satisfies mu(x OR y) = mu(X) OR mu(y), mu(X) AND mu(xBAR) = mu(1) AND mu(xBAR) = mu(0) for all x and y, and in fact im mu = {mu(0), mu(1))}
