摘要：
This review entails recent development in the NMR technique with special reference to the pulse Fourier-transformations. Pulse sequences in various homo- and hetero-nuclear NMR spectroscopic experiments are discussed as well as interpretation of these techniques. Special protocols programmed for stepwise application of these techniques to elucidate the structure of complex natural products are also discussed.
